The main objectives of the company are to provide property valuation services. Real estate chattel services related to the feasibility study of the project and advice on property contact services for buying-selling or renting properties by an efficient management team with over 20 years of professional experience.
Panns Integrated Property Co. Ltd. was founded by a team of experts on property valuation construction business with experience from financial institutions, property valuation companies, construction companies and business circles. Establishment Objectives in addition to wanting the business to be stable and prosperous, the company is aware of the responsibility towards customers. Therefore, emphasis is placed on determining the duration of service, along with the quality of work, transparency, good supervision is following the principles of good governance and including the introduction of modern technology to use in business operations.
Subsequently, the company added Academic advisors, Policy and Planning, Legal advisors to make the work more efficient and accurate have given importance to personnel development in all aspects. In particular, property appraisal staff must apply to become members of The Valuers Association of Thailand or Thai Valuers Association to receive training, test standards and professional ethics of property valuation in Thailand. As well as encouraging additional education or training to make the operation more efficient and quality is correct according to academic principles under the framework of standards and professional ethics of property valuation in Thailand.
The company is an independent appraiser approved by The Valuers Association of Thailand and Thai Valuers Association to be a property appraiser for public purposes on 11 December 2008 and by the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC) to be a real estate appraiser on 5 March 2009.
